Luz 5D is an immersive art and spatial design studio led by Vinícius Luz, operating at the intersection of parametric architecture, live audiovisual performance, neurotechnology (EEG/OSC), AI-driven imagery and analog AV experimentation. The studio creates installations, clubs, domes and large-format projections across festivals, cultural institutions and cities worldwide.

Architecture as Living Interface

Architecture is treated as a responsive organism, where geometry, light and human experience are composed as one system.

House of the Future

A biomimetic residential concept inspired by the structure and behavior of water molecules. The design is based around water capture, storage and circulation, with greenhouse roofs and fluid spatial organization so that sustainability becomes a daily ritual instead of a technical layer.

Immersive Rooms

360° projection rooms, sound-reactive walls and sensory chambers developed for museums and cultural spaces. Recent work includes Mundo de Leonardo da Vinci, where Luz 5D developed a living digital interpretation of La Città Ideale, transforming the drawing into an explorable, evolving city of light.

Taberna Maresias

A Viking-futuristic venue for music, food and art designed and built by Luz in Maresias. The project translates Burning Man installation language into permanent architecture—wood, steel, fire, sacred geometry and immersive lighting woven into a castle-like cultural space.

Transforming Architecture into Image

Multi-projector, laser-integrated and LED-hybrid mapping systems turning façades, domes and interior architectures into expressive, narrative canvases.

Luz 5D designs mapping that responds to geometry, dramaturgy and sound. Systems often combine projection, LED topology, laser integration and spatial sound to compose deeply immersive environments.

VENERA – 8K parametric laser-integrated mapping for Copenhagen Planetarium.
BARRIERA 1.0 & 2.0 – laser + video mapping performances in Copenhagen at Frigjort Festival, produced with Pleasure Control collective, combining Unreal, Patch Designer and live laser modulation.
• Record-scale deployment using WATCHOUT server clusters in 80K resolution, in partnership with LG, for one of the largest immersive video canvases ever executed.

VINCZ – Analog AV Experiments

VINCZ is Luz’s authorial AV project, focused on analog signal processing, modular synthesis and cinematic, ritual-like audiovisual performance.

Frequency, pattern and image are treated as a single field. Sound drives light; visual structures feed back into musical development, producing immersive atmospheres rather than conventional “sets”.
